INTRODUCTION TO CLOUD COMPUTING
Cloud computing is a technology that allows users to store, access and save files on the internet without depending on their personal device or mobile. eg. Google drive, microsoft word, Netflix etc.. And these data can be accessed anywhere, any place, anytime. Cloud computing is also a part of smart technology because it's enables devices, applications, and systems to store, save and process data.
In this post i will be discussing about the current issue in Cloud computing, i did both primary and secondary research on this topic which i would be discussing later on. I'm researching this topic because personally, i face this issue almost every day since i started college. And it's something i want to share with people so they can be aware of this problem and also how to resolve these issues.

But as we use this technology they should also be concerns regarding our privacy, data, security and personal information.
So with that being said, here are the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing that users may have or are currently experiencing. They're alot of advantages and disadvantages but i will be discussing about the main ones and also proving my sources to everything.
⧭ Advantages
- Scalability and Flexibility: This means it is easy to grow and change, companies can add or remove storage and services as needed, without buying hardwares or computers.
- Cost Effectiveness: It saves money, business pay only for what they use instead of buying expensive hardware.
- Enhanced Operation: This also enhances better teamwork, imagine you have you a group project with your course mates, and you're working on a file. You can easily share these files online anywhere, anyplace, any time without having to send them to every member which could be time wasting
đź—™ Disadvantages
- Data Security and Privacy: As we use cloud computing everyday, we should be more concerned about our privacy and things like data leaks, because as these things are stored in the cloud hackers could access them if these files are not fully protected.
- Insider Threats: An employee or someone working in an organization could leak the company's data or files that are very confidential.
- Insecure Api: Apis are like a cloud storage where information are stored, things like passwords, usernames etc... Insecure apis could also end up to data leak.
- Mitigating Cloud security risk: Not using strong passwords would also put our security and files in danger so, they should be steps taken to reduce security problems like these, like using strong passwords.
